Did not get continuity to ground anywhere. Ran test cycle. Allowed unit to fill up. Drained water in drain and spin. Checked amperage while testing. Unit would only pull 3 amps when ramping up to high spin. There is only one outlet down stream from the receptacle. It is in the same box and had nothing plugged into it when I arrived.
