Unit was throwing and I 20 error code. Removed and reinstalled pressure sensor that was installed previously pressure sensor did not have any buildup inside. Uninstall the unit to check for kinked hoses. Found unused shims underneath the unit pinching drain hose and waterline. Remove shims and reinstalled unit flat on the floor. Ran unit for 15 minutes with no issues. Customer to monitor for errors

Completed service diagnostics cycle however spin did not reach desired speed. When trying to start drain and spin unit would initially not allow that selection. During drain and spin drain pump would go on and off out of sequence. When in high spin unit sounded correct. Inspected underneath unit and found rotor was missing bolt to secure to stator. Removed rotor and rotor had oil on it and oil on bottom of gearcase assembly.
