The technician is nice. But since my appliances are old types, no part can be available any more. I think I should have been informed about this before the technician came to my house, so that I can cancel the appointment to avoid the waste of money.

Chuck has been out twice to service our old washer (original to our home) and our new one as well. He is full of knowledge and has always done a wonderful job with the repairs.
