"Customer stated that unit is not cooling. compressor-drawing .71 amps. High side pressure is 9.5 and low side 9.7. I charged unit with 140 psi of nitrogen, nitrogen leaked out immediately-high side leak, found the leak on top of the cabinet caused by a fastener used to secure unit thats in a RV. Called Tech-Line, i was informed that this would be considered an installation issue. SR#7737407676"

Chuck resolved my issue on the basis of his own professional knowledge, experience and insight. And some luck! at first, he seemed to have arrived improperly prepared with parts by AT, who, in turn, had fumbled the ball earlier with the warranty company, Whirlpool. I had difficulty getting clear information from AT CS initially about the visit to fix my washer weeks earlier. The emailed detailed AT Service Order would have scuttled the visit if I had not caught that the scheduled warranty service was for a "MICROWAVE" instead of a "CLOTHES WASHER". However, when I called AT CS back and pointed this out to them, she told me that -I- would now need to call Whirlpool back and have it corrected. I replied to her that the problem clearly resulted from mis-communication between AT and Whirlpool, since Whirlpool had sent me confirmation of warranty service provision for my WASHING MACHINE. Eventually, AT CS did straighten everything out and emailed me a new Warranty Service Order. But, again, Chuck arrived with little clear advance knowledge of the issues we were having, despite my describing them in detail to both Whirlpool and to AT. Fortunately, as I mentioned, Chuck demonstrated excellent skills in dx-ing my issues from scratch - my washer is now back online! And Chuck also was kind enough to adviseme about my family changing how we loaded and ran our washes, so the problem he fixed would be much less likely to re-occur. KUDOS, CHUCK!
