"Spoke to customer before arriving about the washer. This issue had been documented with tech line previously. The customer agreed to pay for a diagnosis if it did not yield different results from the previous repair. Checked rotor and stator for loose or missing bolts. Stator windings tested good at 8.5ohms on all windings. Electrical connection right a secure. Ran service diagnostics to check shifting and spin. Tested water level, thermistor, and tach sensors. Did not get a reading from the tach sensor when spinning the tub. Called Techline to verify the test results. They could not provide and answer as to why there was no reading but they suspect that the tach test on this model is unavailable. They will follow up with me on this issue via email. Techline verified that the issue is likely caused by variables in items being washed and not machine operation. Collected the service fee for the visit."
