Customer stating that door would not shut properly. Discovered multiple issues with door. Hinges are causing partial issue due to door not lining up with strike properly. Was able to bend hinges into place. Also strike has receded into door causing strike to make contact with catch. Disassembled door and removed catch. Reseated catch properly and tested door once reassembled. Door is now shutting as it should.
