"Instructions from GE techline on how to remove basket: 05716216Threads are reverse thread. GE techline advises use 1&5/16 socket on half inch torque gun to remove and reinstall basket. Provided part number for GE spec torque limiter. Under neath hex nut is a bezel washer and hub washer. Advised that once basket is removed the washers and hex nut should be replaced everytime. Ordering specialty hex nut driver, torque limiter. Ordering Hex nut and washers Hex nut and washers. ; rqstng P&A on 1 WH02X10364 (Washer Hub) and 1 WH01X26190 (Belleville washer) and 1 WH02X10363 (Hub Nut) and 1 WX05X10022 (1/2 drive socket for GE hub nut) and 1 WX05X10028 (GE torque limiter)"

Clothes wet at end of cycle.Following stored errors:F0E5 off balance load.Ran autodiagnostic. Completed without issue.SR7730605510- Techline advised to run following tests-Shock test: Test each corner. Recoil of each shock should be smooth and consistent-Ensure balamce ring has fluid. -Tub is perfectly circleUnit passed all above tests. Ran small mixed load of towels on power wash with deep water.once unit past wash cycle ran drain and spin and unit tested good. Rviewed use and care with customer to ensure load selection matches what is being washed. Reccomended deep water wash so that each garment is completely saturated each wash.
