Advised that proper venting is to be longer than 6 feet and should vent outside.

Customer stating that unit is vibrating during spin cycle and producing lots of noise. Checked for error codes. No codes were present. Ran test cycle. Could hear noise customer was referring to almost immediately. Discovered that pressure hose and wiring harness cover screw was loose causing cover to rattle during use. Tightened screw and this corrected issue. Also zip tied drain hose and fill hoses away from machine so they did not make contact once unit engaged into spin. Unit tested good otherwise.
