Complaint of no drain. Following stored errors:F8E1 long fillRan auto diagnostic and completed without issue. Confirmed hot and cold valves work. Long fill error can occur if customer water pressure is low or customer does not have hot/cold water. Overloading can also cause long fill error. When the machine detects a long fill time it cancels the wash cycle and drains out without spin. Customer complaimt of no drain when it was a no wash due to water hazard. When this complaint is received it should be verified that customer has both hot and cold water supply and no overloading occurs. No repairs needed.

Observed excess suds during diagnostic cycle even thougg no detergent was added. Customer using SA8 natural detergent and supplied scooper with product. Packaging indicates ultra concentration.Ran heavy duty wash with sheets. When starting a wash the delay cyclr always defaults to 1 hour and moves back after setting to zero. Even with delay wash at 1 hour load still starts right away and the display continues to print 1H even after the cycle has advanced. This delay counting down could be causing a constraint on the board as its counting a delay while in the midst of a cycle.
