"6 degrees in freezer. Set to -2 . 38 in freshfood set to 38 .. compressor is running .84 amps . 47 psi on low side when equalized. Low side when compressor is running it is -8 to -14 jumping in between there . High side is 88psi . Evacuated the refrigerant and installed new UV Drier . Evap and compressor. Also installed access valve to compressor and fix section of tube where tap was used to charge system. Filled unit with nitrogen and performed tightness test up to 140 psi of nitrogen . Did not loose 1 psi over ten minutes. Vacuumed out below 500 microns . Charged system. Unit is now working as expected .. called tradeline SR 7731154817 . Gasket is missing for the ice maker and so is the ring that holds it on . Part is not listed on parts diagram . Shows on the door but when you order a new door you need to transfer that part . Rechecked airflow for the customer. Airflow tests poor when vent is attached. Airflow checks ok with venting removed. Re explained this to the customer. Removed 4ft flexible venting to check. Venting immediately behind the dry was clear. The rest of the venting makes a vertical run though a patrician wall next the the dryer. Venting then penetrates through the exterior 10ft above ground level. Unable to access these areas of the building. The customer was made aware of this on the last visit. Did not charge as a curtesy.

Customer complaint loud noise coming from unit. In back panel found 2 sections of refrigerant tubing rubbing together. Bent pipes further away from each other to prevent rubbing. Drawers inside fresh food section not opening properly. Found the drawers and shelves were mismatched. Matched the drawers with proper shelves and placed in correct spot in fresh food section. Leveled unit. Unit tested good.
