Customer stated after using a bleach wash on the next wash the bleach had been still in machine and got on the clothing. Found the washer front was low and basket was hitting front of washer cabinet. Filled with cold water and agitated and drained to clean washer out of any residual bleach. The washer tests good.

"Customer is stating that unit will not run wash cycle due to corner of lid cracking at hinge causing issue. Customer stated that clock would flash when burner was being actuated on the left side of cooktop. confirmed issue clock was resetting when lighting burner Reset control and checked connections at spark module and all burners. Tested unit again and burner began to work. Tested all burners to confirm function. Unit tested good

Found lose connection at bulb socket for interior light. Fixed connection. Light now working. Left bulb with customer.

"Frost build up inside freezer compartment. Frost had melted and refrozen inside drain tube and vent for the cold air to enter the fresh food section causing it to be warmer than it should be. Defrosted freezer compartment and cleared drain tube and cold air vent. Door was possibly left open causing the frost build up. Tested heater in diagnostics, tested good. Tested evap fan, tested good. Tested compressor, tested good."
