Frost build up in freezer by door switch . The humidity control was not on and moisture was finding its way down into the freezer. Customer said items freezing on the top shelf in the fresh food section . Recommended staggering shelving and found the freezer temp was set to 7 and fresh food set to 5 . Changed temp settings to recommended on 4 . Customer will monitor. Told customer with moisture getting into the freezer it is possible sometimes the light switch can stick. Doors are all sealing and unit tested good .
