"Replaced control, door latch and user interface due to unit failing to respond to commands. Replaced all parts and unit still will not power on. Customer had attempted to replace door latch themselves and while doing so Reinstalled old door lock and did not use correct screws. Screw that customer used were too long and made contact with metal inside latch causing control and UI to short out and fail. Tech confirmed incoming voltage at control. Control is not sending voltage to other components on machine. Tech advised customer that installed parts are being removed and unit is no longer being serviced in fear of causing damage to installed parts.
