Customer is concerned due to constant fluctuations in refrigerator temp. Spoke with customer about adjusting damper in freezer to compensate for temp adjustment. Explained that damper allows cool air into fridge compartment from freezer. Damper was set to minimum amount of air flow . Items freezing in freshfood section . Freshfood set at 40 and 2 in freezer. . Temperature in freezer is showing 3 degrees . 36 in freshfood section . Dairy items and veg are freezing. Customer has tall items on the top shelf on the left by the vent . Techline suggests not to put tall items there as it blocks the air from hitting the thermistor in the freshfood section and can cause items to freeze . Customer will either remove shelf or move it down with smaller items on it . Adjusted freshfood section to 42 degrees. Unit tested good
