I pulled drain pump and found no obstructions. I inspected actuator and found it had the Nidec , replaced actuator. Ran another diagnostic cycle and quick wash in which both ran normally. "Customer stated that the unit was making a small amount of ice and hardly no water was coming out of water dispenser. I verified that the ice maker was producing some Ice, there was ice in the tray and water flow out of the dispenser was very weak. I checked that the fill tube was not clogged with ice and it was clear. I then checked the saddle valve that supplys the water to the unit and it was clogged. I removed the water line going to the unit at the valve and cleared the blockage. Reconnected line and tested unit , unit now has the desired water pressure going to unit. Cycled ice maker. Unit tested good"
