Unit is not cooling no frost pattern. Compressor is plugging .2 amps. Unit was just delivered on the 19th of march 2022 . Called techline SR 7733240164 unit has a leak unit is Dead on arrival. Customer does not want unit fixed customer wants unit replaced .They will call customer service and where they bought it from .

Customer stated that the unit was not spinning out and clothes were coming out wet. Found error codes F0E2 - oversuds and F0E5-off balance load. Ran diagnostic test cycle in which unit completed successfully. Unit was not sitting on a stable surface causing the unit to shake more then normal which resulted in the F0E5 error code. I explained to the customer that the unit needs to be on a sturdy surface. Unit tested good
