Customer stated unit was making grinding noise. Put unit into a diagnostic mode and heard a grinding noise when agitating. Took off agitator and checked hub but did not see the teeth worn out. Put unit back together and tested it again but did not hear any more grinding noise. Unit seems to be working properly.
