Customer stated unit stopped making ice after two bin fulls. She called Best buy they came out and replaced the door. I diagnosed unit but could not find issue. Called whirlpool to ask what number test it was for the fill ice tray because the tech sheet did not have it. They had me run a few test and found that theirs a wire that's not making connection because unit did not fill or cycle but after trying again it did. Customer is concerned about a greasy buildup on the surface of the tub. No codes. I inspected the unit and the buildup is not coming from the unit itself. I was able to rub it off with my finger.
