When she opened the door she noticed the back wall was covered in frost. when I arrived unit was unplugged I plugged unit in and took amp draw of compressor. Unit was pulling between .9 and 1 amp. I called whirlpool to get this noted and was asked about pressures but I don't have the capability to do that. I let unit sit for 30min plugged in to look at frost pattern. Unit is turning off randomly and showing PO . Checked left drawer UI and harness were good . Tested ice maker multiple times and worked. Checked fans turned on and off both sections tested good . Tested heater in diagnostics tested good .Customer did say the lights in the fresh food were delayed when opening the door this could be an indication of LED board going bad or another DC power circuit issue . Customer has had ice maker turned off and unit has not turned off . Turned ice maker back on if unit does it recommend replacing ice maker first W11579560 .customer will monitor

"Customer stated that fabric softer is leaking from dispenser when she pours it into the compartment. No codes. I ran a diagnostic test cycle and could see no water leaking from dispenser. I inspected the dispenser area and noticed that the tray was not snapped into place, i removed tray and reinstalled it. I then asked the customer to pour the softener into the compartment and the dispenser was not leaking softener. Unit tested good"
