Unit not consistently cold in ff section. Ff at 44 degrees set to 34. No frost pattern on ff evap. Called techline sr7733981744. They had me run test 4 and check temp in deli drawer. Temp was 40 with frost forming on ff evap. They said unit is functioning properly and milk spoiling is not good indicator of fridge cooling.

I replaced fan and thermistor. When I went to test fan it did not turn on. I checked voltage going to fan and did have 14v DC so I wasn't sure why it wasn't turning on. I called tech line and was told to try and jump it but it was still not coming on. They had me take off back panel and checked if wires were sending signal to fan to turn on. unit has a broken wire inside cavity of unit that's not letting signal get through to fan.
