Customer stated unit would shut off once they started a cycle. Diagnosed unit and found error codes F7E1 for basket speed fault and also F2E1 for stuck key. I checked that basket could move freely and that belt wasn't slipping. I ran a diagnostic cycle which ran successfully. After I put unit into a normal cycle and watched it for about 20min. Unit did advance cycles and was working correctly. I could not duplicate issue. Only thing I could think of is if the outlet it was being plugged into was not grounded correctly unit will have issues. Explained to customer that I could not duplicate issue.
