"Dryer was unplugged, gas unhooked and the back panel was removed upon arrival. Reinstalled back panel and removed front panels for inspection. Found evidence of lint burning inside of dryer. Customer reinstalled vent and hooked up gas. Vacuumed out lint from inside unit inspected all components, found no evidence of damage. Air flow is restricted, advised customer to have venting cleaned. Ran dryer and found valve coils are bad. Replaced coils, unit checks good.; used 1 279834 (COIL KIT) from stock"

"Customer stated unit was not washing properly. When I started a normal cycle I noticed that spray arms where not moving. I checked water valve make sure it was opened all the way, I also took dishwasher out to make sure hose was not kinked. When I put unit back in I tested it again and spray arms were moving. Customer also says dishes were not drying, I checked connections to the heating element and fuse both tested good. Recommending replacing the ACU.; ordrng 1 W11462461 (ACU)"
