I took it apart and realized that one of the connections was not connected. When I connected them it was still not working, door switch tested Good. Customer stated that unit is not spinning out. Error code f8E1-long fill. Ran a diagnostic test cycle and unit is getting the proper amount of water. I found that customer was using the bleach dispenser for detergent causing a oversuds situation. I explained to the customer that dispenser is for bleach and to pour the proper amount of detergent directly onto the laundry. I went of the type of detergent and the amount of detergent to use. Unit tested good
