I called whirlpool to get this issue noted and ask for any pointers as to what could be going on. I was told that the igniter is not sensing its grounded/ the flame. I took burner tube off and examined it for any blockages but did not see any. I checked all the wiring in the back all the grounds but did not see anything. Whirlpool suggests replacing burner tubes. Sr 7734550639; ordrng 1 W10764654 (Bake burner)

Ran a diagnostic test cycle in which the unit operated normally. I explained to the customer how much HE detergent to use and how to load the unit. Calibrated unit. Unit tested good

Customer stated unit was not responding to the start/pause button and also was making a squealing noise. I diagnosed unit saw that start button would not always respond sometimes it would other times it would not. Customer stated unit had a crack in the tub. Diagnosed unit and did find a crack on the bottom left side of unit. I had the tub with me I moved all parts from old unit to the tub. Installed it back into the cavity and ran a diagnostic test cycle. I watched for leaks also made sure unit was draining and heating correctly.
