I diagnosed unit by starting a cycle on a small load unit stopped pouring water in correctly also tried it on medium and large load both loads worked correctly. I took off lid and examined the pressure hose for any cuts or tears or if came loose but did not see anyrhing. I also took off control panel and blew through hose to make sure it was not clogged. I could not duplicate issue. I suggested customer uses machine on different size loads and watch it incase it does overflow. Customer stated unit was not cooling correctly in fresh food section. I diagnosed unit found the diverter was covered in ice and obstructing the air flow to the fresh food section. I cleared out the ice and made sure air was flowing properly. Unit does not seem to be having any defrost issues because evaporator was not covered in frost.
