Customer stated oven was not heating. Unit had a F1E0 error code for internal board failure. I took off back panel and immediately noticed that their was roaches crawling all over the board. I informed customer that we will not be replacing this board because the same thing will happen. They need to exterminate the roaches before we do any repairs. I was transparent with customer and let her know that it would probably be best to get a new unit because it will be hard to get rid of all of them.
