I can not recommend washing these types of rugs in this machine as the backing may become separated and causing drain system blockages. No errors in diagnostics. Ran diagnostic verification cycle. Did not observe any abnormalities. Customer presented a bag of torn whites. Documented via photo. Issue seems to stem from loading item and using incorrect modifiers/settings for garments.
