"I replaced the gearcase, rotor, stator, slide, shifter and lid lock. Unit still will not shift into a spin cycle. I noticed that the connector that goes to the shifter looked damaged so I spliced them and connected and tested it but still will only agitate. Customer stated unit would not do anything. I powered unit up and one of the lights was blinking. I canceled the cycle then looked up error codes but their was none. I then started a normal cycle and unit start working properly.

I inspected unit and found that the pressure hose had debris, i removed debris. Calibrated unit. I started a cycle with a load of towels and waited until it got to the wash portion of the cycle, i asked customer to let the cycle complete. Unit tested good"

"Customer stated that dryer is not spinning. I verified the issue. No codes. Voltage, thermostats, thermal fuse, belt, pulley, rollers , motor and control all tested good. I inspected the connections at the motor and found that the red pin wasnt fully inserted into the connector, i removed pin and reinstalled, then put unit back together and tested. Unit tested good"
