"Customer stated that he is hearing a knocking noise from the unit. I was able to duplicate the issue and determined that the noise was refrigerant running through the system. Evacuated refrigerant, vacuumed down unit to 479 microns-42 minutes. I charged unit with 54 grams of R600. Unit is much quieter but you can still hear the refrigerant going through the system- normal operation. Unit tested good. Called tech line SR#7736043070"

"Customer complaint the washer is very loud when operating. Ran diag test and found code f7e1 motor speed fault and extreme loud noise during agitation and spin modes. Found belt half detached and cut into protective bottom cover. The bolt holding the cam in place was gone. Replaced cam assembly, and tub hub. Retested and recalibrated the unit no more loud noise and everything functions normal.; used 1 W10721967 (CAM), and 1 W10528947 (Hub assembly) from stock"
