I explained to the customer how rinsing the dishwater with Dawn is not a good practice as it introduces the soap to the unit. I suggested that they run a clean wash cycle with affresh or two tablespoons of olive oil in a cup. Unit tested good"

"Customer stated that door is not closing, rollers are missing from both rack and trim is falling off from door. After inspection unit i found bottom rollers are all missing wheels, fold down tine is not staying in place and laminate on UI is separating allowing water/steam to get into the UI. I leveled unit so the door closes correctly.
