Customer stated that unit is not draining. I could not get into service diagnostics as the UI was not responding to commands. After inspecting the unit i found extensive rodent damage. I explained to the customer that we have to start with the harness and control but it would be possible that more parts would be needed. Quoted customer but the customer declined the repair.
