"Customer stated that unit is flashing, will not start a cycle. Error code F8E4-Float switch. I emptied drip pan of soapy water and dried. I ran a diagnostic cycle in which the unit operated as intended. Sump and valve tested good. I noticed excess suds at the end of the cycle which indicates that the water came from the door vent. I started a wash cycle with a tablespoon of olive oil in a cup to get rid and of the suds. I asked customer to let the cycle complete and and explained what had happened. Unit tested good"

Also found a significant amount of suds present in the wash while testing. Drain hose goes down below the floor and is coupled to a black rubber hose with half inch copper tubing that goes back up through floor into cabinet where it connects to garbage disposal, see attached photos. Covered installation requirements with customer using printed instruction manual. Installation needs to be corrected for unit to operate properly."

"Unit displaying an error code. Error codes F7E1-tach missing and F7E7-motor unable to reach target RPM. After inspecting unit i found that the belt had slipped off the pulley because of debris that somehow got into the belt guard. Removed debris, reinstalled belt. Calibrated unit. Ran a diagnostic cycle in which the unit operated as intended. Unit tested good"
