Customer complaint unit not completing cycles. No stored error codes. Ran diagnostic cycle and found that water is backing up in drain. Drain hose is connected to clear rubber hose extension that is extended into piping almost to trap creating potential for siphoning and slow drain. See photos for drain set up. Customer needs to correct drain so washer can drain properly.
