"Customer stated that unit is not finishing a cycle, only lasting 15 minutes. Error codes F3E2-pressure system fault . I found that the water valves where not fully turned on. I calibrated unit. Ran a diagnostic cycle in which the unit operated as intended. I inspected the pressure hose/port and cleared any debris that might be in it. I explained to the customer how much HE detergent to use, how to load the unit and cycle selection. I asked customer to monitor and if issue persists order control W11513246. Unit tested good"
