"Customer stated that unit is not cooling.freezer temp 13 degrees and fresh food 61 degrees. After inspecting unit i found a piece of ice causing the fan not to run. I remove evaporator cover and with a steamer removed ice. Evaporator had a frost pattern, heater tested good. I replaced thermistor. I asked customer to give the unit 24 hours to get to temp and to monitor. Unit tested good"
