"Customer stated that no water or ice is being dispensed. IM Error code E5-timed ice making. Fresh food temp is 35 but set on 37, i set temp to 39. After inspecting unit i found that the reservoir was frozen, i thawed out reservoir with steamer. IM and water valve tested good. Unit is now dispensing water and IM is receiving water. I moved the top right shelf down to prevent stagnant air. Unit tested good"
