Customer stated that unit is not filling. Error code F8E1-long fill. I ran a diagnostic cycle in which the unit operated as intended. I inspected inlet valve and found no debris. I started a normal cycle and the unit filled with no issues. I found that the unit was in a house with well water and i explained to the customer to make sure that the water pressure is good in the home as the unit is timing out and canceling the cycle. Unit tested good

"Customer stated that the door is not shutting well and that the dryer is taking a long time to dry a load. Error code F4E4-line voltage error. I confirmed that the unit is getting the proper voltage. I found that the door hinge was loose causing the door not to close properly, i reinstalled door hinge. I preformed an airflow test in which the unit passed. I found that the issue is with the washer not spinning out the loads which is causing longer dry times. Unit tested good"
