Unit is not going into a defrost. I defrosted unit completely checked the heating element on diagnostic found that it does heat. Found thermitor to be loose and not on tight to copper line. I adjusted clip and used aluminum tape and zip tie to help it stay tight on. If customer calls back order. W11496887( control)
