I adjusted all burners to a simmer when set on low, i ran a bake cycle letting the unit get to 350 and no smoke appeared. I explained to the customer that the smoke on the initial bake cycle would be normal as the unit needs to burn off. Unit tested good"

"Customer stated that unit is going from sense to done, the Error code F7E4 -Basket Re-engagement Failure. After inspecting the unit i found that the rotor bolt had fallen out, i installed bolt using loctite. I ran a diagnostic cycle in which the unit had a grinding sound when trying to go into a spin. Ordering gearcase W11449841, slider W10734521, rotor W11260238 and stator W11195971 ; ordrng 1 W11449841 (Gearcase) and 1 W10734521 (Slider) and 1 W11195971 (Stator) and 1 W11260238 (Rotor)"
