Low side pressure was at zero in a running state-compressor was very hot to the touch drawing .68 amps. I evaluated the R600. I added 140 lbs of nitrogen to the system and the unit held the pressure-ran test for 20 minutes. I replaced drier and compressor. Vacuumed unit down to 390 microns. Charged unit with 64 grams of R600a. Evaporator developed a full frost pattern. I explained to the customer to give the unit 24 hours to get to temp. Unit tested good.

"Customer stated that unit is shaking, leaking and screws are loose. No codes. After inspecting unit i tightened all screws on back panel, the leak was coming from the drain hose as it wasnt secured to the tub that it was draining into-issue corrected and i found that unit was not level-i leveled unit. I ran a diagnostic cycle in which the unit operated as intended, calibrated unit. I explained to the customer how to load the unit, about cycle selection and how much HE detergent to use. Unit tested good"
