"I called techline again and they had me do some test. When I arrived to the house the fill tube was frozen. Tested thermistors on Ice maker and ice box. Also took freezer temp which was -7 using a coupler between two boxes. I also checked fill heater tube on a diagnostic cycle, Tube did warm up but it's not doing automatically. Techline suggested replacing the UI ; ordrng 1 W11636543 (UI)"
