Customer stated that the unit is not responding to commands. After inspecting unit i found that the unit is on a GFI on the same circuit as the refrigerator-the GFI was tripped. I restored power to the unit-no codes and ran a diagnostic cycle in which the unit operated as intended. I explained to the customer that each appliance should be on its own circuit and to have an electrician look at it. Unit tested good
