After inspecting the unit i found that the unit was in a siphoning the water out of the unit due to the drain hose being run along the floor into a clogged floor drain. I explained to the customer that the units drain hose needs to go into a standpipe or mop sink in order to correct the issue. I ran a diagnostic cycle holding the drain hose proving that the unit will complete a cycle. Unit tested good

"Customer is concerned about the alignment of the doors. After inspecting unit i found that the FF door was protruding out at the bottom about 1/4 inch in comparison to the freezer door-i found that the FF was sitting correctly but the freezer door was compressing the gasket at the bottom on the mullion side, i used Perma gum behind the freezer gasket to bring doors even with each other. Unit tested good"

"Customer stated that unit is not filling. F8E2-fill valve electrical, F7E1-motor failure F9E1-long drain. After inspecting the unit i found that the unit would not advance past the 1st step in diagnostics, i could find not breaks in the harness but i did find rodent activity, the lack of water burnt out the sump motor. I quoted customer to replace harness, sump assembly and control but they declined the repair."
