Staff knew their stuff - initial exam pinpointed a fuse but when two techs came back one of them knew to recommend a new thermostat so fuse did not go again. Dryer works like new now, no surprise charges even with an extra trip for the additional part and pats age very reasonable cost.

Mechanic was knowledgeable and polite. Appointments were difficult to schedule for a timely repair. I think this so called repair took 3-4 weeks to complete. First appointment we determined the upper basket was not formed/bent to accurate tolerances from factory as the most likely culprit. I did not want to start bending the basket to make it slide in and out without rubbing on the left side. Mechanic knew better also because I was watching and this is a brand new dishwasher. He said he would order a new basket etc.. Second appointment box is brought in cut open and installed. Looking at basket I notice left side is sort of bent in and no longer rubs. I make a comment it must have been the basket out of whack. They finish and pack up. I go to put the box in the garbage and notice clear tape and paper tape on one end of box, other end only has paper tape? So he wouldn't bend the basket in front of me because he knew I would not approve, but the box was cut open before arrival, basket bent, placed back in box, and clear taped shut. Pretty sneaky.. This dishwasher should have been replaced like I offered to do day one when I discovered the manufacturing defect. Feel free to contact me.. I will review on your preferred sites listed d below.

Thanks for the feedback however we are a bit confused why you feel you were duped since the tech left the old part with you. Regarding the opened box, the tech opened it when he picked it up from the office to make sure it was not damaged so your time wasn't wasted by showing up with a damaged part. We completely understand the frustration when there is service needed on a new product and we do everything we can to correct those issues as efficiently as possible. Dave and the rest of the team have zero motivation in duping our customers. Actually, quite to the contrary, our team prides itself on high quality, honest work. Anything otherwise would be quite troubling to us. In addition, your desire for a new dishwasher would have to be discussed with your dealer or the manufacturer since we are not part of that decision process unless the product is deemed not repairable. RANGE FRIGIDAIRE PLCF489CCA Customer is stating that unit is no longer heating oven cavity. Upon inspection checked incoming voltage. Unit is receiving 240v. Ran bake cycle and checked voltage at element. L1 on control is failing to send power to bake element. Unit is only showing 120v. Control will need to be replaced. Unfortunately control is no longer from distributor. Collecting service call fee
WASHER MAYTAG MHW4200BW1 Customer stated that unit would not complete cycle. Upon arrival checked for codes. Unit displaying F5e2 for door lock error. Ran unit in diagnostic. At the end of diagnostic cycle unit would continually run drain pump. Discovered that air trap was clogged causing issue. Cleared trap and ran normal cycle. Watched unit throughout cycle. Unit completed cycle as it should Unit tested good

OVEN ELECTROLUX EW27EW55GB3 Oven not going to self clean. Found the switch that detects the racks is not working and will not allow it to move on to self clean . Quoted customer for job . Customer does not want to move forward .
MICROWAVE MAYTAG MMV1174FZ3 found the high voltage side of the unit is shorting out when there is water being boiled on the right side of the unit .checked venting and made sure that the fan was working . Looking for scorching did not find any marks . called techline 77271405673 explained there is not guard for that and the customer should be boiling on the left side due to the element being far away from the center of the microwave to catch the moisture and will not prevent the moisture from rolling up the control. Tested unit . Tested good .
WASHER MAYTAG MVWB835DC3 Found sink next to washer that it drains into was full of water. There was also an extension on the drain hose. Removed extension. Customer is going to fix plumbing. The full sink of water may have been causing the washer to not drain. After plumbing is fixed the customer is going to monitor the washer.
DISHWASHER KITCHENAID KDTE334GPS0 Customer stating that dispenser will not open. Checked for error codes no codes present. Discovered that dispenser door would not glide on rack properly.
