Found igniter is sparking and can smell gas but the broil screen is clogged with grease causing gas to not reach spark Ignitor and turn flame on. ; ordrng 1 822413 (Burner)

Went to replace gasket and found wrong one had been ordered. Reordered gasket ; ordrng 1 7042256 (Gasket)

Replaced stuck door rail and door now closes properly

"Unit at correct temperatures, making ice, all fans working. Cleaned condenser coils. FF door gasket torn at bottom, condensation forming in FF compartment. Needs new gasket.; ordrng 1 7042254 (RC gasket)"

"Replaced LF,LR,RF. The front right when in tried to replace would not go on correctly. I then inspected it and found it was cross threaded. I also replaced thermostat. Unit will need new front right valve. ; ordrng 1 827439 (Valve)"

The knobs on burners move on their own when it set to a lower setting and will make the flame go down. The oven is also turning on by itself. I spoke to tech line about issues they reccomended replacing all valves and the thermostat; ordrng 1 827646 (Thermostat) and 3 827439 (LF valve)s and 1 827440 (LR valve)

Customer complaints that the oven isn't heating properly and is not getting hot enough by about 20?. Check oven temperature with oven temperature sensor and digital thermometer. Temperature was off by about 15?. Offset temperature in settings by 15?. Recheck temperatures and now oven is shutting off at roughly 350? when set to 350.

Customer complaint is still no ice production. Found more Frost buildup and evaporator fan was frosted up and not spinning causing high temps resulting in no ice production. Defrosted fan and it works properly. Called tech line to figure out why ice buildup is happening. We found the glide for the top rail is missing possibly preventing door from closing properly all the time. Ordered new rail and customer is to make sure the door closes properly till I return and will check for further ice buildup then; ordrng 1 7011163 (Glide)

Booth door gaskets are torn and water dripping from freezer door.; ordrng 1 7042262 (Freezer gasket) and 1 Sh15 (Shipping) and 1 7042256 (FF gasket)

Cleaned out the burner orifice for the right rear burner and it is now lighting consistently. The left rear burner is blocked with charged grease and will need to be replaced. Customer will call parts distributor to have new burner shipped.

"Error codes 40 and 50 stored, extended compressor runtimes for both freezer and refrigerator. Condenser dirty, causing extended runtimes and irregular temperatures. Cleaned condenser and monitored, machine compartment cooled to typical temperatures. Found no issues with any fan or temperature sensor. Unit working properly."

Replaced the Left side door tensioner. Put unit back in and had Cusotmer inspect it. Unit is working properly.

Found the left side door tensioner snapped causing door to slam open. ; ordrng 2 828361 (Door tensioner)s

"Replaced evaporator. Vacuumed system and recharged with 8.5oz of R134a. Tested, all temps and pressures checked good.; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W11506623 COUPLER BR 10.5X8"

Replaced thermal cutoff and control board. Tested. All functions working properly.
