Customer stated that unit fills with water then throws the error code. f8e1. Error code F8E1- long fill. I ran a diagnostic test cycle in which the unit operated as intended. I then inspected unit and found that the drain hose is laying on the floor going directly into a floor drain. I held the drain i a up right position like it would be going into a stand pipe and started a normal cycle with a load of towels and the unit reached the wash portion of cycle which it has not done for the customer. I explained to the customer the issue is with the way the drain hose is run and to call a plumber to install a stand pipe. Unit tested good.
