After inspecting unit i found that the evaporator has frost and ice buildup and fan not operating causing no airflow in both compartments. I inspected harness and a fan connector was not firmly in as the ice buildup might have pulled it out. Fan is getting the proper voltage. I reconnected the fan connectors and the fan was operating normally. I dried the after steaming out all ice from the evaporator. Heater tested good. I asked customer to monitor the situation and to call if issue continues. Unit tested good"

Customer stated that unit was stopping halfway thru a cycle and not completing cycle. Error code F8E1-long fill and F7E6-motor fault. I ran a diagnostic test cycle in which the unit operated as intended. Water valve tested good. I inspected pressure hose and cleared out debris. I ran a quick wash cycle with 5 towels in which i was able to duplicate the issue indicating a problem with the control. Replaced control W11116590. Calibrated unit. Unit tested good
