I reset control board on unit because unit shut off power to heating element I then tested it on a diagnostic cycle and found that it is heating. I reccomended customer runs hot water for a minute before starting a cycle.

Unit did not trip breaker but did notice that when I plugged unit back in after replacing burner the hot burner light was on, it looked like it had shorted out so I replaced the connector on it customer is to monitor once the burner is cool to see if light went out."
