I then ran a quick wash and watched the whole cycle go through but still did not see any leaks. I reccomended customer use as normal but to try and watch the load so they can have a better idea if it was a one time thing or if it's really leaking from washer and not anywhere else.

"Unit not cleaning dishes and excessive buildup inside dishwasher. Heater error in memory. Heating element reading ~13.5 ohms, within specifications. Reset control board and tested with self-diagnostic was able to energize heater. Found some seepage coming from bottom of float switch due to excess buildup. Cleaned up some buildup. Started cycle to eliminate buildup and recommended customer use vinegar to clean any residue. Customer will monitor."
