Unit has a weak frost pattern. Theirs no ice build up on cap tube that would suggest a restriction. Units temp was at 15 degrees. Called whirlpool to inform them on history of unit. I ran a diagnostic cycle on unit and watched from underneath for any leaks which I did not see. I then started a normal cycle and watched but still do not see any leaks. Customer did have the F8E4 code stored but I could not duplicate issue. I checked the inner gasket to see if it was not sealing correctly but i did not see anything wrong with it.

Unit has error code for faulty pressure switch. I took off back panel blew through tube to clear it out then cleared code and ran a full cycle. Noticed that unit was full of suds and causing issues. Recommended running an afresh tablet to help clear suds. Unit did finish cycle successfully

Error code was for slow drain. Took off filter and checked it for obstruction but did not see any. Ran a normal cycle noticed that unit is full of suds and causing issues. Recommended running an afresh tablet on this one as well.

I took it off and tried to unlock manually but did not see a release. Called GE tech line to ask about adjusting flame I was told you can only adjust the simmer and not the height of the flame when set to high. Explained this customer and about pressure regulator not being adjustable Sr 12216139
