Drip tray head water in it again I emptied out the drip tray and test it on a diagnostic cycle and could not find any leaks anywhere. I also ran a quick wash cycle for about 20-30 minutes and could not find any leaks anywhere everything was dry underneath. I instructed the customer to try wiping down the door seal and the door where it makes contact with the seal in case that is causing an issue that I am not seeing. Instructed the customer to run a couple cycles and see if issue comes back and if it does then customer needs around a 30 minute heads up to start a cycle so we can catch it at the end of the cycle and see if that makes any difference

Sr 7741322871 I replaced the door switch and the ACU board and the unit was still doing the same thing with it taking a couple seconds to recognize that the door is closed. I called tech line again and we tested the main harness and that is working properly and getting the correct reading. Due to that test and the parts I've already replaced techline advised me that everything on the machine is functional and the unit operates as it should

Unit was giving a f8 e4 error code for the drip tray underneath. Customer stated that his son Opened the door mid cycle and the code came right after that When I arrived the drip trade not have any water in it but the customers stated that he moved the dishwasher around and the water splashed out when he was moving appliance. I cleared the code and then tested unit thoroughly and could not find any evidence of a leak anywhere in the front of the back. Calibrated the board and instructed customer to not open the door mid cycle because that will cause water to spray out of the tub and possibly run down the machine tripping that float switch

I found that the screw on the rotor was loose causing the rotor to rub against the stator and make a squealing noise. I inspected both the rotor and stator and there was no damage to either of them. I tightened up the screw and they both operate correctly with no noise
